"Demon Monster Dude" Final

Finally I found some time to finish this! It took a bit but I'm pretty happy with it! Here's the final image of the model I've been working on based on the awesome concept by one of my all time favourite artists, Anthony Jones (link to the original concept http://www.robotpencil.org/2010/10/more-demon-monster-dudes.html).
It was modeled and painted in Zbrush. Rendered inside the new Marmoset Toolbag 2!

Relax Time!

I wasn't in the mood to continue a personal project today so I decided to take this awesome concept (on the left) by Anthony Jones and use it to sculpt something relaxing.
This is what I got for the moment I still need to fix something (chest\arms\horn mainly).
I'm planning to texture and render it in Keyshot asap.

Crunch, crunch!

After some holiday rest, I thought that some sketching in my free time would be the best to keep the hands and the mind warm!
I was crunchin' on this bust for about 6hrs, no details and still refining some parts. Going pretty slow on this one, I played a lot during the blocking phase since I started him from scratch. So far so good. What do you think?

Ok, after some time I finally decided to clean this blog a bit and regroup most of my works (which I will sort in chronological order) in a single post. Some of them are still WIP, one day eventually I'll finish them! :D Hope you enjoy!


School Project - Space Pirates Character: Khaam

This was just a char head study done back in 2011.


School Project - Cassandra's Character: Wehir 

We were asked to create a char from scratch, starting from our own personal concept. The main goal was to paint the character in a dynamic pose using Photoshop, and obtain a 3d model out of it using Maya and Zbrush following production workflows (sculpting + texturing + rigging + posing + rendering).
